Atrocious customer service. Their lack of communication and inability to follow through with timelines was beyond frustrating. While the quality work was fine, it was not worth having to deal with their front office staff. Avoid!!
Amazing friendly people here
Went in for a simple estimate ordered by police lady was rude refused to help and told me it'll be sometime next week before they can do anything to assist me absolutely ridiculous will never return
Having previously used Assured for some major body work on another vehicle (5 stars BTW), I could only think of them once again. I needed some advice for a minor fender issue and the friendly office ladies did not let me down. A very kind mechanic was able to assist me and correct the problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this business or use them again.
