I’ve had my car here twice for repairs by referral of my insurance company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I brought my car in, they took me out to the garage to explain all the work that would done and asked if I had any questions. They called with an update part way through the work and had all my paperwork ready when I went to pick it up. The work was good the customer service was so bad that I actually had anxiety to call and ask for updates… by the way I called every time they never called me once… and their manager absolutely should not be a manager… she belittled me made me feel stupid and never once reassured me about a time frame or anything for that matter… this makes me upset to even have to do a google review because I have never ever have been in a position where I need to .. but amazing work but the most horrible person.. how does she have a job?

I received a phone call from assured and told me to drop my car off as close to 8 am as possible. When I arrived at 8 to drop my car off they told me they wouldn’t have told me that, like humans don’t make mistakes. I said ok I’ll figure it out and go get the rental first and the lady assured me that the rental won’t be ready until 9 am. Wrong answer I went and paid for the rental and received the keys no problem. Even if the repairs are good I won’t use this company in the future based on customer service alone. Do not bring your vechile here, filed a complaint with district manager (Mike Spano) regarding the work this location does. Horrible communication, destroyed our vechile on disassembly, ended up taking 4 months to fix and return
