This is a revised review, as I originally gave 1 star. I brought my car here for repair after a hit and run accident. The staff here were great at communicating updates to me via phone and email, and I was happy and patient to wait as long as they needed. After my car was completed, there were some minor issues afterwards in which I brought the car back in, and they took care of the issues (i had to go back 3x). I had to take my car here because that’s where insurance told me to take it. I received no follow up no phone calls. They kept it for three weeks and I had to pay for my own rental car. I had to call and chase timelines and what was going on. It was horrible. Then when I called, they told me the man was no longer working there that was working with me. I cannot speak highly enough of Assured. The service was truly excellent from start to finish. Their communication throughout the entire process was amazing—clear, timely, and reassuring, which made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I will never bring my vehicle to this place. Even if it's for them to just to look at it, the management, it has a very bad attitude. I'm not sure if can even put everything into writing in this box about my experience. My car was brought here after being involved in a hit and run. They had my car for approximately 4 weeks to fix the front end, and redo wiring, and a few other issues thst occurred during the accident. The amount of time they had my car is no issue at all.
