Bad experience still waiting for them to call me to fix the job they have done to the trunk not aligned at all . They don't know what they doing at all . Claiming they fixed the damage still there . I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to get their car towed there after an accident. I uploaded a picture&video of the trunk after they fixed it . Also I didn't receive a call informing me of the progress of what was the damage done from the impact of the accident . They don't care about any mechanical issues they don... read more

I had a great experience with Assured Automotive! The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I received clear and quick communication, and I appreciated the e-mail option. My repair only took a week which was fantastic! It seems like my car was tidied up inside, which was a nice surprise as well. :) Highly recommend!
