Horrible customer service and overall a horrible experience. I had taken my vehicle into Assured in Kitchener after accident. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for weeks. However, they suggested that I could have the vehicle towed to their Dundas location. As I was eager to get my car fixed up, I agreed. BAD IDEA. There were items that we reviewed by the investor at the Kitchener location, that were not dealt with at all at the Dudas location.
