They had my Bronco in there for some front end repairs and these folks are awesome!! They kept me updated every few days, took care of all the reprogramming, explained in detail what was going to be done and had it finished earlier than expected the Bronco came back running perfectly, paint was an exact match, they washed it and the interior was even cleaned. Great customer service. In my case it was about damage from an break-in attempt. They communicate with you at each step of the process, they deal with the insurance (they are on your side, clearly), they are very thorough and they work very diligently.
