Great customer service. In my case it was about damage from an break-in attempt. They communicate with you at each step of the process, they deal with the insurance (they are on your side, clearly), they are very thorough and they work very diligently.
My silver bomber was parked, minding its own business when someone decided to practice backing out of their driveway without a mirror check. As you can see, my driver's side door took the brunt. Luckily my insurance company recommended the good folks at Assurance. The staff there was friendly and thorough, and stepped me through the repair plan. They delivered the silver bomber on time, and even stayed late to accomodate my pickup time. Great job, as you can see from the "after" image. I don't hesitate to recommend this shop... read more
