I would give it less than a one star rating, but it won't let me do that. They painted my truck and didn't prime areas of it correctly and now the paint is peeling only a few years after the work had been done. Do not go to this location. They are the worst auto body shop around. The worst part is they tried to blame me for something that they put on my truck and said that it was touching and rubbing off the paint. Great customer service! The staff took time to explain the repairs in detail and follow up processes with me. Being located next to a rental car spot is very convenient as well.
Our insurance company sent us here for an estimate. After being hit, our vehicle needed minor body work and some mechanical work. We had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Taylor who really should not be the first person a customer reaches at this place. Taylor was not helpful and and gave us the brush off while refusing to take our vehicle. I will be asking our insurance adjuster for a different body shop.
