After our first collision, the staff at Assured Body Shop were amazing. They made our vehicle look brand new again, the repairs were done efficiently, and the customer service was great. We left very happy with the experience. Unfortunately, only a couple days after getting our vehicle back, someone backed into us again. Had an excellent experience at Assured. They did an amazing job repairing my 2018 Honda Civic after it had deep scratches from an accident. The paint match looks perfect, the car came back spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. They also kept me updated throughout the repair process via text, which made everything stress-free and professional. You honestly can’t even tell there was ever damage. Great service and quality work.
Recently had some work done on front driver side of my new car. They found damage that wasn't visible(headlight, foam structure between bumper and crash bar and fog light trim) and cleaned up paint on my front bumper. Everything looks fantastic. Communication was excellent. Car was ready exactly when they said it would be. Even set up rental car pick up for me.
We are very pleased with the service from Assured Automotive on Vanguard Drive in Orleans. A quick turn around for the repairs - and they even washed the car and interior winter mats! Thanks again!
