They ruined my car bumpers, they look worst then after the accident. Not only do the bumpers not fit the paint job doesn't match and paint dripped onto the black part of my bumper. I wanted to add after my visit back to the shop to discuss how they can fix their error, the body shop manager is trying to tell me that my original Mazda bumper never matched the rest of my car! Staff is very friendly and the team did a great job fixing my rear bumper from a fender bender. It was a lot of work but they exceeded my expectations
Brought my vehicle for some repairs at the end of November. When the vehicle was picked up I had a small dent with a scratch on it on the opposite side of it. Reached out to the garage the response was they had to reach higher up. The insurance has tried to reach out to them and they are not budging. I still have a bump on my vehicle. So beware when you bring your car in they will fix it but you come out with another issue.
I got 3 estimates before my insurance company directed me to Assured. All estimates pointed to a month in the repair shop and rental car purgatory. I got my car back in pristine condition (inside and out), in less than 2 weeks (before and after pictures attached). Craig & Patricia were fantastic and provided great customer service. I’m grateful to have had my car taken care of as well as it was and while I hope it never ends up in the body shop again; should that happen I will be back!
