After being rear-ended on September 23rd, my husband Ross and I brought our vehicle to Assured to be fixed. When we arrived, all the employees and Manager were wonderful! They gave us a pad and pen, to make notes while speaking to our insurance company, Pete, an Appraiser, offered us coffee and water, and was really wonderful with us. They replaced my entire front bumper for me. Everything with them was super smooth, no hassle. the car looks like a million bucks! thank you again!
Very well run shop. We are very pleased with the quality of the work and the comforting customer service by the front office staff, a pleasant and friendly receptionist and and a very professional and personable advisor Pete. Very modern and clean facility. By the way, great coffee, tea and espresso.
The service was pleasant at the beginning until I picked my vehicle up and realized someone from the shop stole money from my vehicle. When I brought this issue up to the manager Phylis she denied her staff was involved and refused to review cameras. Very disappointing and dissatisfied of how this was handled!!! I’ve also noticed my rear bumper is starting to loosen just after 1 month after it was “fixed”. #dontgohere!!!
