After being rear-ended on September 23rd, my husband Ross and I brought our vehicle to Assured to be fixed. When we arrived, all the employees and Manager were wonderful! They gave us a pad and pen, to make notes while speaking to our insurance company, Pete, an Appraiser, offered us coffee and water, and was really wonderful with us.
