I had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I've ever encountered with a man named Peter. After being involved in a serious car accident,something I had never experienced before and was already struggling to process,I was met by a front desk employee who made an already stressful situation significantly worse. I'm very happy with the results of the work at Assured Automotive in Bradford. I had an out of pocket bodywork and repair done on my 2020 VW Jetta. Peter and his team are very skilled and professional and provide excellent customer service. He even went out of his way and fixed my mirror without charge. Thank you very much for the great service. I definitely can recommend this place for your auto body repair.

I went to Assured last year after someone hit my car and insurance suggested them. They were absolutely incredible. Professional, efficient, and the workmanship was flawless. I dropped in recently to see if they would look at a couple issues for me and Ramel immediately came out to take a look. He quickly took care of my issue and couldn’t have been more professional or client centric. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and they will be the only place I use - though hopefully, I won’t have to.
