I cannot recommend this place, especially as a busy single mother. Not only did the guy try to BS me, assuming I didn't know anything about cars, but then neglected to come through for me when we made an appointment to have my car repaired. I was visibly upset that he didn't stick to his word of fixing my vehicle. These guys did a great job for me. I had just moved to town, had a belt break, and arrived at the shop just before closing. They weren't able to fix it that night before closing but one of the mechanics gave me a ride home on his way home. The belt was fixed the next day and no additional repairs were suggested. I thought they were very fair with me and I do appreciate it.
If you come here make sure you see Von. His customer service was great and service was fast and quick. (Von is the tall black guy behind the service desk.) he was good because he will not try to cheat you out of your money.
We moved to this area of town 3 years ago and have been looking for a good, honest, dependable shop for our 2 used cars (7 and 11 years old). We tried Assured yesterday for the first time for a bolt in our tire, and they were honest, reasonable, fast, and friendly. This morning my husband realized they put the entire spare tire kit back into its storage area without us even asking.
