Anyone looking for appliance repair in the future, I highly recommend Assured Service (Joe Rodriguez). Our ice maker was fried. Called this morning and Joe came out and got it repaired this afternoon. Great customer service and very reasonable on the cost.

Stephanie is AMAZING! Great communication and excellent customer service. She explained everything and made recommendations. Prior to Stephanie the response time to getting an appointment scheduled went above and beyond my expectations. Called on a holiday weekend to get parts order to cone out prepared. Phenomenal customer service all the way around. Thank you!

Great service. I requested a service appointment and they were here the following morning, and in about an hour Stephanie fixed our water dispenser. She explained everything. Definetely will call them again when I need to.
