Anyone looking for appliance repair in the future, I highly recommend Assured Service (Joe Rodriguez). Our ice maker was fried. Called this morning and Joe came out and got it repaired this afternoon. Great customer service and very reasonable on the cost.
Joe Rodriguez is great. He was willing to pick up my machines and bring them to his business location for diagnosis and repair since my tenants had disconnected and moved them out of the utility room. He proved that they were perfectly functional and improperly cared for, which allowed my property manager to charge all fees back to the tenants. Thanks for alleviating this absentee landlord’s headache, Joe!
