Absolutely fantastic all around. Customer service exceeded expectations, installation was smooth and beyond professional, hands down one of the best experiences we have had in years.
Nothing but positive things to say about Assured Appliance, and I can’t recommend them enough. I got a great deal on a washer and dryer, and when I needed service it was easy to get it scheduled quickly with their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Cannot recommend this place enough for purchasing a refurbished machine! Our experience working with the Assured appliance team has been nothing but positive. We came in with a set budget in mind to purchase a new washing machine for our home. Fred was amazing to work with, he met us right at our price point and gave us options too. I buy all my appliances from here for years never had a problem , wouldn’t deal with anyone else ,
Fred is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I buy every appliance from him. Probably 4-5 from him now. He deliver in time, if there’s a problem he tackles it head on, and he’s a great communicator. Will never get another Applicance elsewhere.
