Fred is a stand up guy and a man of his word. I buy every appliance from him. Probably 4-5 from him now. He deliver in time, if there’s a problem he tackles it head on, and he’s a great communicator. Will never get another Applicance elsewhere.
I read reviews and don't usually have time to write them, but Fred and the staff here is awesome and again has provided me a solid product (used dryer in this case) at a great price with great service. Stay old school and analog with your large appliances and get them from the best retailer around at Assured.
We recommend this store & their staff all the time. From Fred, the manager, to the delivery & maintenance guys. I run a small business & pride myself on great customer service. So I find immense value in a company who shares the same values. We are repeat customers here & will continue to be in the near future.
