⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Assured Appliance in Longwood is awesome. Our oven died, so I stopped in looking for a replacement. They had a brand-new scratch-and-dent LG range for $699 that was exactly what I needed. Great price, no nonsense, and they even gave me a full one-year in-home warranty. Got it home, installed it, and everything works perfectly. The cooktop, bake, broil, convection — all of it. I've been buying appliances there since the place opened and have never had anything but an awesome experience! Every experience I've had has been awesome. They jumped on a warranty issue for me and have the machine taking care of by the end of the day.

Asked a question through text because they were too busy to talk. Quoted me an outrageous price for a top and bottom unit, replied it was too much for me. Said I appreciate it and thank you. They continued to text me with prices from other stores for new units while they sell scratch and dent and saying that I clearly must be looking for a used unit. Word of advice, when someone says thank you and bye, don’t harass them after that.
