I was seen by a nurse practitioner without my prior knowledge or consent and was charged the same fee as if I had been seen by a doctor. At no point was I informed that there was no doctor on duty. I only discovered this after receiving the provider's note, which turned out to be written by a nurse practitioner, not a physician.
The staff and physicians are wonderful. The only disappointment is the wait time to see a physician even when roomed. The wait time is over 30 minutes most of the time. I wish this could be worked through.
Great urgent care! I called ahead to tell them my issue and they told me to come straight away. From check-in to seeing the doctor everything was super smooth and quick! Thanks to the doctor for staying back when she was about to leave.
