Would not recommend. Extremely unprofessional. Horribly managed. Horrible staff. It takes so much for them to do a simple task like prescribing a medication. You tell them your problems and they disregard all of it and say that it’s not an issue. How would they know how I feel? They make everything so complicated and then I hear nothing back. The waiting room is 8x8 with no ventilation and no masks offered. No TV, no wifi, no restroom. Many people who came out were resting positive for COVID and flu, no big deal, I guess. There is only one "doctor" on duty and the wait was over 2 hours at 4 pm on a Thursday. The nurse practitioner that saw my son didn't wear gloves and touched the ear and nose probe with her bare hands. I had to go back into the clinic to get a paper prescription because they couldn't send to the pharmacy across the parking lot correctly.
We received good service from the Dr.Satya and appreciate the front desk for helping us .
Most inefficient medical office I have visited, a simple task like getting lab results requires appointment, the "providers" are stretched and never on time. No online messaging platform to email results or communicate with the provider. As I write this, I just walked out after seeing the NP, an hour after my appointment time.
