Had bloodwork done here and got results the same day, Roxanne and Lacey took good care of me. Will be back if I need other labs
Fast, and professional. Did I say fast? Yeah they were less than 24h! (Despite saying within 48h)
Great service. I needed Covid-19 PCR report for travel purposes. They provided the report within 24 hours. The lady nurse was super helpful.
Friendly and punctual.
To this day, I am uncertain how this place operates. I have a strong belief that the day to day staff do an exceptional job and strive to handle whatever situation comes at them in stride. The upper echelons I cannot say the same for. They treat their staff with disdain and next to no respect. I'm sure having so many options in the area creates a cut-throat environment, but from what I've seen, they are more internally cut-throat than externally.
