I stopped by to discuss options on a life insurance policy due to a solid recommendation and absolutely did not receive the level of customer service I thought coming in. As a young professional it’s very disheartening being brushed off when trying to make arrangements regarding my future. I always try to stay local but going commercial it is.
When I came in, I wasn’t initially greeted or acknowledged by staff. I stood there for a while before anyone even noticed me. It didn’t feel very welcoming and gave a poor first impression. Customer service is essential. Staff need retraining.
I tried calling this company several times and was unable to get a response. It’s frustrating when you’re trying to get information or assistance and no one answers or follows up. Communication needs improvement.
I had terrible experience with this company. I tried calling multiple times. When I finally did reach a representative, they were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. The customer service here is beyond disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and go anywhere else but here.
I called here to get an AUTO quote and they would not help me even though they had 30 minutes until closing. Lazy, unprofessional Women!
