One of the most personable lenders tat I have evere dealt with. If Kerry or Aiden says you are approved...you are approved and I love that. Then we can go house shopping! Once under cotract Kerry's team is firing on all engines to get this deal to close. VA Loans are a whiz to them! I couldn't recommend this Father/ Son Team any higher! They get the job done!!!!
Securing a mortgage loans with each of my prior home purchases have been difficult and tedious. Not this time! Assure Home Funding was a pleasure to work with. Kerry is on top of the requirements and quirks of the various mortgage lenders. He found a reasonable rate (considering the current interests rates) and made the application process a breeze. Buying a home in the Villages was made so much easier with the outstanding help, encouragement, and professional support and coordination provided by Kerry and Rochelle at Assure. I shopped for a house in-person in the Villages, but all of the financing, inspections, and closing was remote. Kerry and Rochelle were instrumental in getting all of coordination and closing details completed for closing in about three weeks.
