I was charger through Medicare $175.00 they are showing I owe $117 well I haven't been to their clinic never been to Lauderlake,Fl. I live in North Georgia and 81yrs.old be a bit to far to go to see a Dr. I've turned this over to Medicare as a fraud but they still are showing I owe this.
Assure Heàlth has been running the program for about 4 months. Alreadý they are belly-up! I had no problems with anythinģ until this hsppened. Setup was easy themobile app was easy to use and the machìne worked well. Now theproģram is oveŕ anď I am stuck with a $750 machine that is useless!
They are very hard to get ahold of. Asked for a call back but never got one. It never asked for my phone number. I've been calling for two days and nothing. Very unprofessional!!
This is the best thing any one could have ever came up with to help me . I take so many medications I was so confused as to what I had taken or if I hadn't taken. I am so THANKFUL FOR THE HERO THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️ you have really made a difference with me taken my meds , now I know what to take & when to take it.
To the Hero Team, I want to specifically commend Denita for her time and care. She is very kind and caring with regards to my health and well being. Since I have had my Hero dispensor, I have found it to be very helpful in keeping me on schedule at medication times. I personally like the fact that I can go on to the APP to make changes and adjustments. It is a great program and I have already recommended it to my peers.
