My Samsung note 8 broke and I filed my claim and incorrectly input the date of loss which was an error on my part and they said the phone was not covered so they could not process the claim. So I called to give them the correct date and they told me that their "system" would not allow them to change the date more than 2 days. This insurance company is an absolute joke! I have had to file 3 claims on a stolen iPhone 8 and they have sent me the wrong phone 3 times. I am infuriated with the lack of customer service I have received thru this company. Im not sure why people pay for insurance if they send you a crap phone each time. Every time I call customer service I get the run around! Going back to my old carrier where at least I felt I was taken care of.
