Horrible experience! Took car to shop on their list and even the shop said they are horrible to work with! Submitted a claim, they would only cover part of the repair, even after the mechanic argued with them about what they "say" they cover. Next day they called back and said they are going to cover even less now! Even after they approved "part" of the repair and we gave the mechanic the ok to proceed. Maybe I should decide I am only going to pay for part of the coverage......if it works for them - should work for me right?... read more
