Policies established by the company are very bad. The replacement phone was not delivered by the shipping company and they conduct a 5-day investigation. The customer has to wait until the investigation is finished for them to send him another device, when the system shows that the customer never received it.This company is not responsible if, when sending you a second device, it is lost for whatever reason, such as if FedEx lost it and it never arrived, not even to the state where you live. I submitted a claim under my Assurant-administered MaxCare vehicle service contract after experiencing brake system failure and a reoccurring EVAP fault on my 2019 Volvo. Please do not get renters insurance with this company. Lack of communication they do not value communication with the policy holder because to them we are just a number. The adjusters do not return voicemails or emails to communicate the status of the claim. i will shop elsewhere for another company who values customer service.
