Total scam! Paid insurance for years, phone broke, now they won't cover. Don't waste your money. Customer service is very hard to understand too.
Tengo un seguro de celular y la atención fue por demás pésima. No aprobaron el arreglo de mi celular a pesar de estar malogrado y yo pagando casa mes me senti como si me hubieran estafado con el seguro no lo recomiendo. No quise seguir perdiendo mi tiempo voy a salir de un servicio que no harán en ningún tiempo altamente no recomendado.
a mi me robaron el cellular en Colombia lo reporte desde el momento del robo y no me lo quieren reponer todos los dias llamo y me dan una excusa diferente.....T mobile no se como usa este tipo de empresas que lo unico que hacen es robar
Perfect for apartments. While I have not had a claim, I have had some issues at move out (auto payment when not needed/extended for a month/etc.) and their customer service is incredible. Both over the phone and chat I had a live agent and resolutions right away. Good service is hard to find. They are great with that and I will continue to use them.
