The most incompetent “insurance” ever. They scammed me. They lost my phone when I returned it, I called FIVE TIMES to confirm they received it. They confirmed receipt and STILL CHARGED ME $540. They do not document their calls, they are SCAMMERS.
Worst Customer Service Experience I've Ever Had I filed a claim for my washer/dryer and the technician never showed up. When I called Assurant to resolve it, I was bounced between five different representatives before anyone could help me reopen the claim. Then it got worse. I was told the system wouldn't allow them to assign a repair company, so they wanted to offer me a buyout — but couldn't tell me how much I would receive. Assurant sent me TWO recalled phones and is refusing to do anything about it.
I would give them 0 if I could, avoid them at all cost
I don’t even have this company but I cannot get through to speak with anyone because I don’t have a number associated with METRO BY T-Mobile bc I don’t have them BUT three people within a month are getting their Assurant mail sent to my house!! Do better on vetting addresses this is so frustrating for me or make it easier to speak with agent! I’ve gotten mail for a Jason, an Adrian and a Osiris. I’ve never heard of these people and they’ve never lived at my house!! Please take my address off their accounts.
