Absolutely the most useless, incompetent customer services agents I have ever dealt with. I was hung up twice, couldn't get answers. When I asked about whether a claim under my homeowner's insurance would be possible, I was told, "If you don't have a warranty on the product, you can contact your homeowner's insurance company and ask them." YOU ARE MY HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE COMPANY!! There must be SOMEONE there who can answer my questions..." Nope. Had a horrible experience. Wouldn’t unlock my phone for over two weeks now even though I sent back the replacement. Got hung up on when I was asking to speak to supervisor. Was told to call Tmobile to have them unlock my phone when they don’t even handle that. Left Tmobile due to them.

This is a Follow up to my Original Review. Assutant (Tamika) has followed up and corrected the initial problem. NOT going into details, BUT I was very satisfied with Assurant's follow up on the matter. I believe they understood and corrected the issue as necessary. Thank you HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE ! Get the point? This company Does NOt perform as advertised. They lie about their "Their" Overnight service. Customer service lies and is either UNINFORMED or lies intentionally!!!! Stay Away if you are able

Worthless company paid $107 for a new phone and they don't have it and don't know when they're going to get it so they ripped me off and I have no phone after paying all that out in insurance. They said they have no more Google pixel phones at all they won't even switch me to another phone like Samsung

I have been junked around for almost two years having me submit and resubmit documents, finely thy offer a settlement and tell me it will be over if i sign their release so I do I send it off, two weeks later hav'nt heard from them so I contact megin she says I need ti resubmit so i do so it has been two weeks i make contact Again they assure me the check was printed on the 27th and is in the mail, I will beleave it when I see it....
