Would not recommend this company, I plan to change providers immediately. I am very unhappy with their customer service and their coverage of damage. My townhome was struck by lightning this past Saturday. Unfortunately the lightning fried all the electronics in my home. My landlord was great, she got me a new Air Conditioning unit the next day. This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They don’t call you back after leaving multiple voicemails. We have had an insurance claim going since the middle of May and they have barely done anything. I literally just want my bathroom to be usable again. They don’t ever deserve 1 star. Poor customer service!
Worst customer service ever! They either keep you on hold or hang up on you. It took over 10 calls and 2 hours to get someone to process my claim to replace my phone. I will no longer be using this service. I will replace my phones on my own. I wish I could cancel my renter insurance with them! It's really zero stars! The worst customer service I have ever experienced!
Attempted to cancel my coverage over two years ago when I moved, and they kept billing me. I tried to get a refund but they wouldn’t. Beware of this fraudulent company!
