Worst protection plan ever. The ice maker on my 13 month old frigidaire gallery wasn't work. After 3 visits from technician, the ice maker isn't working but now also is dripping water. Assurant is providing a gift card of a gift card of $1929.43 and a new fridge cost $1999.00 plus NC sales taxes 4.75%, plus installation, plus disposal of old fridge, for a total of $2486.96. The answer from chat box is, too bad for you. Can reach a person. DO NOT BUY the Lowes Assurant protection plan. Worst service ever.
I know they partner with GEICO but they are a terrible company. Non communicative. The center is rude. There is no accountability what so ever.
Do not call if you need help with insurance. This is not the company. I spoke with a young woman twice and she could not transfer me to the claims department or to the renters insurance department. The number she gave did not work either.
Great service to have. This company acted like true professionals, good to have them working with us!
