I had purchased a tv at Best Buy several years ago and it stopped functioning correctly. I had purchased the extended warranty and called Best Buy. In very little time a service tech attended my home and inspected the TV. A short time later I was advised that the tv would be replaced. I was given a gift card to get a new TV and they came and took away the old tv. Very happy that I purchased the extended warranty.
I'm so glad I bought Samsung Care+! Samsung customer service representatives are always very helpful whenever there is an issue with my device. They always walk you thru service procedure (if any costs and wait time) and usually have stock available for repair at the Samsung store at Metrotown center in Burbaby. Samsung Care+ is well worth buying and definitely pays for itself if you ever have any issues!
When my refrigerator was not cooling I made a service request at the Best Buy protection plan. The service provided them were excellent.
