MaxCare/Assurant handled the repair approval process and ultimately covered the repair, which I appreciate. However, I believe the claim experience would be improved if all covered parts and labor were paid in full, with the customer only responsible for the deductible outlined in the contract. This company is useless if they are attached to your phone plan as coverage insurance dont pay for it they are crooked. Phone was stolen they won't cover it so makes them useless.

Worst customer service in my life. You guys are clearly scamming people and need to be held accountable. I paid for a warranty that I never can use because you guys refuse to honor it.

I filed a claim almost a week ago for a phone battery that is literally inflated and ready to explode, I clearly stated that in the description when I filed. And the claim is still not even in progress, my phone is unusable at this point because it won't even charge now! Is there a way to cancel claim? Because i'd rather just go ahead and pay out of pocket for a battery repair then to be hopeful and check everyday for an update, I wish I would've known how terrible Assurants service is before making the claim! THIS SUCKS!!
