Literally paid my claim on the 4th. UPS said it was delivered. NEVER got it. Waited freaking 5 days. Sent another out. .UPS said it went to CVS again NEVER got it. Supposed to have it the 11th. But told today wait 5 more days. SMH what do we pay insurance 😒 for

I made the mistake of purchasing a Google Pixel 8 Pro. It did not work properly from the get go. I wasted the return allowance period being told what to do to get "my network" to work properly. Finally a network engineer proved that it was my individual phone that could not connect, make calls, receive calls, have my voice heard and have the digital keyboard pinpad recognized by automated services. If I could give them zero stars I would. Terrible customer service number, could not get anyone on the phone. The automated attendant kept trying to refer me to the website or link and then would hang up on me. They also did not cover any of the repair to my phone even after I paid the deductible. The worst company I've ever dealt with. I've never had an experience worse than this when dealing with a company. Total sham of a company

Amy, a 'manager' actually disconnected from me! I was sent a defective phone as a replacement! I am being told by Assurant that I need to reach out to Google to get a return label so my replacement for the defective device can be sent to me. Google has no clue about this process. Amy actually sent three messages in succession in order to disconnect from me. This is horrible service!!

If I could rate it less I would. This is worthless. A simple broken screen claim needs to be "reviewed" for 24 hours to validate whether it's fixable or the device needs to be replaced. And screenshot was taken well after said "review" period. First off how can a company that operates in the virtual space and call center validate outcome/status of phone.
