Servicio pésimo. Llevo dos semanas esperando que terminen de procesar mi solicitud para que me envíen el teléfono. Ya llamé y todo está bien, se pagó el deducible. Me dicen que ellos hacen una investigación interna para así entonces hacer el envío. Me dijeron cinco días y ya van ocho y nada.
Servicio completamente ineficiente, me indicaron que el dispositivo lo enviaron, en la plataforma también decía que estaba en camino y resulta que sin notificación ni nada parecido el dispositivo nunca lo enviaron ya que no tenían disponibles en el almacén luego de estar una semana esperando el dispositivo y luego de que me cobraran el deducible.
Worst company ever. I’ve been paying for phone insurance for years ($17 a month), and when I finally needed it because my phone broke, I filed a claim and was told there were no replacement phones available. I had to wait an entire month to get a phone. To make matters worse, they charged me a $190 deductible on my bill. This is completely ridiculous.
What an incompetent service! They made an mistake, (didn't input the TMobile phone in their system) that would not accept, and simply denies my claim. The only way to make these claim going through has been calling TMobile, who are actually doing the job Assurant should do. It's totally non sense. So I am in my call #8 but with T-Mobile who already heard the non-sense from the Assurant and couldn't believe it.
They are the worst insurance company ever they charged me for a phone they say i did not return when i called they were there but hadn't been scaned yet and there charging me for a mistake they made? Not happy about it dont buy there insurance if you want to lose time and money phones are not even decent had to return 3 of them dont get there insurance your better of buying seperate insurance that works!
