Had device replaced 85 days ago and this is a foldable device. I open and close the phone and half the screen is not working. So now I have to pay another deducible, but what's going to guarantee that this is not going to happen again. Company said there's nothing they can do.
I had a Moto G stylus replacement phone with a missing pen. They could not produce my claim # for an insurance claim and kept redirecting me to Metro, avoiding accountability, nor could they guide me to whom may have an explanation for missing product in the mail they sent. I had tracking number at hand but it wasn't enough for them to try to assist me. Both operators were rude and impatient. The second one hung up on me.
