I recently sent in a claim because my Motorola razor flip phone 2025 started glitching and not working properly. I went to Xfinity store to seek assistance with repairs or replacement. I was told they don't do replacement or repairs in the store and gave me a piece of paper with directions to send a claim. I sent in the claim and waited for my replacement phone. My son lost his found and found it the next day. We filed a claim and sent the replacement phone back immediately. I was told that his current phone would be locked/unable to use until the replacement was received. They received the phone in their office over a week ago and have yet to unlock his phone, which has left him without a phone for close to 2 weeks now. Mailed in 2 trade in phones over 3 months ago that they informed they recieved. They never graded or informed my cell service provider about they recieved my phones and now im out $1400 and paying full price for two new phones that I upgraded. Can't get anyone on the phone at this place either. I need Help ASAP. please reach out to me immediately.
