Mailed in 2 trade in phones over 3 months ago that they informed they recieved. They never graded or informed my cell service provider about they recieved my phones and now im out $1400 and paying full price for two new phones that I upgraded. Can't get anyone on the phone at this place either. I need Help ASAP. please reach out to me immediately.
