I recently sent in a claim because my Motorola razor flip phone 2025 started glitching and not working properly. I went to Xfinity store to seek assistance with repairs or replacement. I was told they don't do replacement or repairs in the store and gave me a piece of paper with directions to send a claim. I sent in the claim and waited for my replacement phone.
