The people working there participate in fraud File police reports and get a receipt from any carrier you used to ship anything to them. They will blatantly lie and say they received the package but no phone lol ok sure liars.
What a nightmare it has been dealing with this company. I bought a warranty through Lowe's for my $2,300 fridge. 16 months after the purchase of the new fridge, the ice maker broke. What I thought was going to be an easy fix turned into 2 weeks of emails, phone calls, stress, and rage. Assurant doesn't have a service tech for Frigidaire in my area, so according to the warranty I bought, they needed to replace my fridge if it couldn't be fixed. I have assurant through T-mobile, I've been a customer of T-mobile/ Sprint for over 18 years. I was cleaning my phone and noticed that the backcover of my phone was coming off. I called assurant and the rep I spoke to told me to go to ANY T-mobile store any they could help me file a claim, I could file my own claim but, I rearranged my schedule and went to the store.
