Worst experience ever that I am currently experiencing. I filed a claim for a broken phone July 12th and when I received the replacement I took a picture of the label and tracking number on July 19th and mailed the device on July 21st. After checking the tracking information it was connected to a package for someone else back in May. Envié mi equipo roto el 23 de abril de 2025. El label de envío que ellos proporcionaron, que venía dentro de la caja decía York. Ahora los representantes de assurant dicen que su almacén está en Texas. El paquete llegó a York hace 48 días, ya he recibido 2 email que si no devuelvo el paquete debo pagar $2,500. Assurant, no me respondan diciéndome que me comunique por Facebook o Instagram, como le hicieron a una persona que dejó su reseña anteriormente. Es una falta de respeto
Avoid at all cost. I will be switching my phone provider as well for seeing me up with this trash
There should be a option for ZERO. This is the worst company to have to deal with. Paying them for them to try to get out of fixing things. Receive reports and photos yet request more. Pulling teeth to get a rental while receiving the run around. Should never have to experience them not working for you. Second time and it's the same experience. Warranty company working for who??? They are ridiculous. I'm beyond furious at this point they suck.
So far it has been sheer torture whenever I call and speak with a representative...makes me feel BAD when I can't understand what they are saying due to the language barrier.
