Literally the worst to deal with.. avoid at all costs.
Great staff, great job on getting my phone fixed.
They keep sending me bills for a policy I never opened and it was being paid for months by a credit card I never had. Be careful I smell fraud and so does the attorney. Steer clear you’ve been warned.
Sent out a replacement phone that was physically broken. They sent out another that wouldn't turn on. Waiting for the third device. They then put a generic response to all the reviews asking them to go on Facebook. It sums up the Company. However, the two supervisors I spoke with were very good.
The worst company i ever dealt with. I have been trying to reach my adjuster Norberto Guzman for 2 weeks. He's never at his desk and I leave voicemails everyday and not a single response. I also tried to reach his supervisor Juan Carlos. Same exact thing. This is ridiculous and unprofessional to leave people without any communication. I will be visiting the office location in the city this week and causing a big scene until I get these "adjusters" to respond and move on with my claim. Horrible horrible horrible insurance.
