This company is telling lies all the time! The adjusted told us they will give me a claim decision on May 1st,which she failed and without reaching to me to tell me anything! When I called customer phone and finally found the adjustor, she told me the decision will be made within 30 days after the accident, which should be May 4th! BUT! on May 4th, I still get nothing from her! No information, no updates, not a word! And I tried to call her and email her hundreds of times. Of course she never answered! One of their insured hit my car. I cannot get them to return calls or email. I have filed complaint with BBB. This is a fraud company.

We have represented Assurance Americas for 10 years in texas . All Americas highly recommends them to our customers because of great customer service, easy billing and payment options for our customers. we have never had any disgruntled Claims customer's, and wish more insurance companies would provide this type of care for Customers.
