Smooth and polite. Took a bit longer than i was lead to believe, but never heard word one from them. Would recommend. Edit: Next time ill put the review up after everything is delivered. It was horrible. They arrived late in the day, had to keep changing the contractors they were hiring to move my stuff, broke every dvd shelf i had, and im still missing at least one lightsaber. Oh...and they also left one full pallet of my stuff onthe truck that went to florida and i didnt get ANY of it until March. This move was in November... read more

I needed a new hot tub moved from the street to the backyard. They took it around through the alley with no problem. The crew was very cordial and placed it exactly how it was needed for the hookup.

I regret my first review. They charged me over 1k for one hr of packing. I agreed minutes before they started packing and apparently there was a part that said “minimum of 4hrs” I feel scammed. I am a single mom who works in school. This was not what I discussed on the phone. I am sad and feel scammed. I had packed almost everything and a hand count of items to wrap. This is abusive, a contract through email last minute. I am in unbelief and very, very sad. I could never do this to someone and I had businesses in the past.
