UPDATE: Our belongings arrived in March, six months ago and we have filed required claim forms, left countless phone messages and emails and have had no response. We had many missing items (boxes), a few damaged items and damage to our HOA landscaped entrance. They placed all possessions in large crates (like the miltary), which gave us peace of mind they were secure. However when they arrived they were no longer crated. WHY?
