A wonderful Psychiatrist with incompetent , unreliable staff especially with reference to The Front desk.Front desk had someone Extremely professional with warmth & politeless,Claressa, for a few months in 2026. It was said that she left. It's back to the incompetence. I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it is important to share my experience. I started therapy with a therapist I really liked. We had two successful sessions, and I felt comfortable opening up and beginning treatment. At my next appointment, without any prior notice or explanation, my therapist appeared with another therapist and informed me that he would be taking over my care. They helped me a lot I appreciate the work they do ms Sharon always nice to me and you can just let your guard down here you know .. I personally love this place they always go above and beyond I swear this is the spot and if you don't understand something just ask and they'll go out of there way to help you understand... I have had a good experience here there beyond nice lol
I had been going to this facility for 3 years started for 1 simple condition and ended up with 4 more total. They never knew which medication to give me have no idea what they’re doing or the medicine they’re giving patients. Doctor is only in the office once a week that’s if she goes to the office. Can’t resolve anything for work because of the doctor not being available. Neglected me as a patient because they don’t know what they’re doing.
