Weds. through Friday of Thanksgiving week visiting my sister, who was pink slipped earlier from a nervous breakdown of sorts and who has several other long-term mental illnesses, the staff were very professional and helpful to me. DO NOT under any circumstances Send your loved ones here, a one star is not what I would give them as a rating. It really needs to have negative in here. Because that's what I would give them. My brother was sent here on the evening of November 6th due to the fact of his body Louis dementia keeping him awake at night. They were supposed to adjust his medication, so he would sleep at night. Worst place ever ! Don't send loved ones there they totally misdiagnosed my mother n said we needed to put her in a home saying she had alzheimers. Once her uti cleared up she aa normal as before she went there. Also they only tested once for uti they refused to test again to be sure it was clear and when we got her home to ber doctor they tested her and she still had uti and needed more antibiotics. Now she is fine but while there it was awful. She was lethargic and in a wheelchair and my mom walked fine no walker even need... read more

That awful place misdiagnosed my loved one by saying, without any testing, that she had Alzheimer's, & we should put her in a home. She had a UTI. In the elderly a UTI left untreated 'does' affect their mental processes. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. Avoid them@ all cost, they are terrible, & unprofessional!

My mother stayed at this psychiatric hospital for two weeks, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. Within 24 hours of her admission, they lost her glasses, and communication with the staff—especially the doctors—was severely lacking. I only spoke to the doctor twice during their weekly review process, despite my efforts to express concerns.
