My Dad died there. They do not answer the phone. Zero communication until your loved one is being transferred to an ER. Avoid at all costs.
They say they’re open 24 hours aday. I called to check on nephew and it goes from the number I called to the nurse phone who doesn’t answer nor return calls. Before he went up there, he was laughing and talking. Within the short time he was there, he couldn’t talk, just smiled. Slept all the time. Only ate 70% of the time. That awful place misdiagnosed my loved one by saying, without any testing, that she had Alzheimer's, & we should put her in a home. She had a UTI. In the elderly a UTI left untreated 'does' affect their mental processes. I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. Avoid them@ all cost, they are terrible, & unprofessional. The P.A. who informed us that our Mom had Alzheimer's did it with little, or no feeling. On top of that my sister couldn't get ahold of the doctor that was 'allegedly' in charge of our Mom's case. Weds. through Friday of Thanksgiving week visiting my sister, who was pink slipped earlier from a nervous breakdown of sorts and who has several other long-term mental illnesses, the staff were very professional and helpful to me. DO NOT under any circumstances Send your loved ones here, a one star is not what I would give them as a rating. It really needs to have negative in here. Because that's what I would give them. My brother was sent here on the evening of November 6th due to the fact of his body Louis dementia keeping him awake at night. They were supposed to adjust his medication, so he would sleep at night.
