This place was horrible. Wife taken there to get meds adjusted for mental issues from psychosis. She was there one week and I never talked to a nurse or doctor. Only a social worker! I was told on Mondays and Thursdays a doctor or nurse would let me know how she was doing . Never happened. On the seventh day she was taken to hospital because she was dehydrated. My mother stayed at this psychiatric hospital for two weeks, and our experience was incredibly disappointing. Within 24 hours of her admission, they lost her glasses, and communication with the staff—especially the doctors—was severely lacking. I only spoke to the doctor twice during their weekly review process, despite my efforts to express concerns. My grandfather just past away after being transferred from here to the emergency room. In less than 2 weeks, he went from speaking to us and being able to walk with assistance to not being able to walk or speak. Somehow, this was not considered a quick decline and family was not notified until prodded and even then only when he was so bad he ended up in the emergency room and passing the next day.
