Honest, wonderful people! Saved me 100% by suggesting that my 12 year old windows may be under warranty. Showed me how to find the info sticker at the top of windows and sure enough the manufacturer and original installer are going to replace for free. When I called to let them know, she even recommended how to further inspect windows to check for other defects/failures that may be covered. Their estimate was also cheaper than my other local bid.
