I'm sorry that I am giving you a one star. I called you guys you came out very quickly and your service provider did everything that needed to be done but after I was charged $466 he continued to ask for a tip. Everything was absolutely perfect until That moment. Why are you not paying your employees enough money so that they don't have to ask for a tip? You need to take that off of your tablets. I will definitely go to another garage door company next time.
This experience couldn’t have went better except for the over the phone ballpark estimate which was way off but the technician that came out was awesome ! I would recommend Dany 100%

Tech 2 Potts did an excellent job. Was fast and efficient. I would suggest Assurance enroll him in a stop smoking program, not only for his health but for a nicer presentation.
