Initially seemed professional but after a quote was given he said he'd call the next morning with an accurate quote. Never called so I called the following day. Then he tells me he needs to get up with his connect at Lowe's so he'll call me later today. Never called and once again I'm calling him for days to be updated. He gives a date but says the dates can be changed if needed, I took off work and kept trying to call to confirm the set date but he never picked up. Overall experience was excellent. We were flexible on the installation date due to bad weather and James and his team showed up when they said they would and finished the job as scheduled. He also competitively priced and was able to complete the job sooner than any of the other vendors we received estimated from.
