On time, neat, good communication, and competitively priced. I especially appreciated that they were focused on finding the neatest solution to our problem, instead of the one that would be easiest for the electrician.
Chris not only repaced our smoke detectors, but shared valuable information about safety, and information about the type of detectors he installed. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He is a real asset to your organization!
I had a whole house surge protector installed. The service was the same day I called to get a quote. The price was reasonable. They also quoted me a great price to have my electrical panel replaced. I will be using them again in the future.
Most of the job was well done. However, I had the tech install a new doorbell ringer and button outside the front door. The ringer works fine, but the button is not securely screwed to the outside wall. The tech didn't tell me that he had any problem.
