We received a tax notice from MO Dept. of Revenue incorrectly stating "failure to File" taxes for 2020. I proceeded to attempt to work the problem out with MO DOR myself. Doug promptly verified on-time filing with correct documentation to them. After providing the information, 30 days later MO DOR persisted with with a new claim of "failure to pay" along with hefty penalties and interest.
