Tom, the owner, was a pleasure to work with—professional, knowledgeable, and clearly a skilled craftsman. Everything was handled with care and expertise all at an exceptionally fair price. I am only providing a review on their Customer Service or in my case, lack thereof since we didn't get close to an option of hiring them. I called and spoke to Beverly who said that they "don't do free estimates" and was quite rude in her response - with a snicker. I had my own contracting business for 28 years and always provided free estimates -- it's called the cost of doing business! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Quick response to assess my issue and then a very fast appointment to get the leak fixed. It turns out I didn't need a full replacement and Tom was great to relay all his findings. Highly recommend
