I am only providing a review on their Customer Service or in my case, lack thereof since we didn't get close to an option of hiring them. I called and spoke to Beverly who said that they "don't do free estimates" and was quite rude in her response - with a snicker. I had my own contracting business for 28 years and always provided free estimates -- it's called the cost of doing business! Absolutely fantastic customer service. Quick response to assess my issue and then a very fast appointment to get the leak fixed. It turns out I didn't need a full replacement and Tom was great to relay all his findings. Highly recommend
I recently had my chimney serviced with Assurance chimney Inc, and had such a wonderful experience. Both Tom and Beverly are amazing and very professional. I'm thankful for Beverly for helping to walk me through the process of proper chimney care prior to me purchasing my home. And I'm also grateful to Tom for coming out and taking on the many tasks my chimney needed. It looks amazing. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs help with their service. I will continue to work with them for my annual chimney care.
