I wanted someone close by to clean my living room couch and the bedroom carpets. The office staff was very helpful when I called to book the appointment. On the day of the job the technicians arrived right on time. They were very careful around my walls and furniture pieces. They did a deep upholstery cleaning that removed some old coffee spots that had been on the armrest for months. The house smells so clean now, and it feels healthier. It is nice to find a company that actually does what they promise.
Horrible cleaning crew. This company use a 3rd party company and demand cash instead of credit card or checks. First when you contact them they usually give you a charge over the phone and text message which is different from when the technician arrives. They were 3 hrs late and lying that they call many time but nobody answer the phone that is completely lie because it doesn’t show up in the call list. Watch out this company to use for carpet cleaning.

I just love the end result. Huge thanks to the guys who serviced my home carpet and sofas. Carpets are tidy and spotless. Just satisfying to look at knowing how it was before the clean. They even included the sofa and a couple bedrooms. Now I feel even more comfortable. Again and again Assurance carpet Care, thank you. Will look forward to our next appointment with you guys.
