I spoke to Robin 3 days ago about a title report for a property. On the phone she was able to quickly check the liens on the property. She advised me that she would complete the results by end of day and contact me to send me the report. I have been calling her, emailing her and even spoke to her colleagues for the last 3 days. She has not responded. This behavior is very unprofessional.
Robin is wonderful
Refused to cover a $194 preclosing lien. This is the entire point of title instance. They did not even bother to call the municipality to check for liens prior to closing. When I discovered thr existing lien for an unpaid sewer bill and provided abstract with documentation, they refused to pay the cost of the lien.
Simply fantastic - Great service, always available to answer questions, and they'll bend over backwards for you when needed.
