I asked for a bank statement going back three months from today and they gave me a bank statement going back three months from the beginning of the month. Now I have to go back to the bank! I don’t have all the time in the world!

Sarah is the best bank teller EVER. She helped me with everything I need for study abroad in less than 30 minutes, and she helped me to understand the forms throughout the process. She was so kind to me even though I was a bit frazzled. I have had mixed experiences with other employees at this location (lowering my rating), but I would give Sarah 5 stars.
This is the slowest customer service counter and drive through I've ever experienced
I ordered a large withdrawal last week. Someone called me back and sd..come next Thursday at 2pm. I did and nobody knew what I was talking about. I did get my money as ordered but felt the bank should have known.
