I emailed back in 2024 to cancel and they asked me for my policy number and they never got back to me. I have still been charged every month almost $100 and still no response.

I have to call every 2 weeks as my payments are either late, not sent at all or they short change me a few hundred dollars. Absolutely fed up with this and it is a major stressor for our family. Nobody can ever give me an explanation about it and I am told it won't happen again, until it does 2 weeks later. beyond frustrated with this company!!!!!
