A b.s. traffic light summons. 35 mph signs ALL over Ocean Blvd. In Brooklyn. Not one sign posted 4 a school zone. And a summons FOR THIRTY SIX in a 25 mph school zone. Pay that communist scumbag mayor his 15% pay raise with my 50 bucks?..You scumbags.

The potential that this development has to be better than what it already is ..... It has to begin with tenants who want to live better at affordable prices and continue with Management that want to ensure that residents are living in clean, functional, stable, and safe buildings. What separates us from literally a street is the way we carry ourselves, the way our exterior AND interior presence look when others walk on the opposite sides of the streets or visit our complexes.
