The YMCA is a great place to go if you have small kids--and want the staff to lose them. We left our 2-year-old son in the kids club at the Southwest YMCA and they left him outside by himself. On Friday 8/22, Faith was the employee in charge and she not only didn't follow the correct process for taking kids outside the building, she lost my 2-year-old. Very poor customer service. You can never get someone to answer the phone and when you leave a message you wont get a call back. Extremely unprofessional
