I had repeated and unwanted emails and zoom meeting requests from Amanda Dole so that she could gain access to the HOA portal through my login. She contacted me outside hours I specifically set for available. When I called the office to report her harassing behavior, an associate named Mike simply stated "That doesn't sound like Amanda." We will see if anything comes of this
0 stars actually. This company owes me $400+ due to a refund they received from my HOA mid-January which is supposed to come back to me through my title company. It is now 3 months after they supposedly received the refund from the HOA yet my title company has not received the payment and Association Online does not return my calls. So very frustrating.
