This management company is a joke. Their staff does not care about the residences. Their communication is horrible, they will not answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner. I won’t mention names, But there’s certain people that should not be working there.

They never answer emails, just put you off. Do not sign up with these people, you'll regret it!
Absolute nightmare. Stay away. Stay far, far away. You have been warned.
From my experience as a homeowner in one of their HOA communities, it's nice that they are hands-off, unless you need something. They do not respond to emails, they're often rude on the phone, and good luck trying to get them to assist in resolving any community issues, even if it's completely within their duties to do so.
