Emailed them due to hurricane Helene putting my trees at a lean, wanted to replace both trees so I emailed and asked the question. Question was what kind of trees am I allowed or not allowed to put in the front yard. Their response: what kind of trees do you want to put there, once we know that we can put it to a vote. This company has very poor communication with the members of the community they are supposed to serve. They do not answer their phone which always goes to voicemail. If you leave a message you do not get called back and they have no emergency or urgent number to call. The community managers are quick to send threatening letters to residents, yet, the resident can never answer any claims that are being made against them. Can be a little difficult to find, but the reception was very friendly and accommodating. This place needs handicap accessible accommodations! High steps to climb....
This guys are absolutely ridiculous and completely unreasonable!
