Directions were accurate..
Mysteriously fined $70 and no violations. Discovered this fine via a threatening email I received stating they were going to send me to collections. Paid the money and have not been able to get a hold of them to figure out why I was fined. 4 days, 3 emails, 3 voicemails, and countless calls to their office and still cannot get a hold of anyone.
Terrible!!! No rules enforced within the Collin’s Park HOA. We pay an outrageous HOA fee for nothing. People’s hard earned money just sits there and collects.
Pick up the phone!
Terrible HOA, all they want is your money, harass you about everything, don’t respond to email or calls, hope your neighborhood doesn’t use them
