Terrible HOA, all they want is your money, harass you about everything, don’t respond to email or calls, hope your neighborhood doesn’t use them
I went into to the association link office 5 times for problems with my pool key. I paid the 35$ that I guess is due every year. Although the lady at the front desk is nice she never resolved my issue. The lady would say “it should work” or “your key is activated”. I would get the kids ready for the pool and walk or drive to the pool just for the key not to work.
