After having a traumatizing experience with this clinic during the summer and paying my bills timely as they came along, and after getting a weak apology for the way I was treated, I thought I was finally rid of this place. But here they are sending me an $80 bill in December for their abysmal services rendered in June. It's not about the money. It's about the insensitivity that they display over and over and over again.
Same Practice, new Provider was very thorough, she took the time to review my records prior to my visit. She was patient and kind.
I can unfortunately confirm that the admin is rude, unprofessional and the billing system will leave you paying each visit out of pocket by a lot. I'm still in their practice because of the doctor being great, but if my billing concerns are not addressed I'll file a BBB complaint.
Still waiting on a call back as it has been 48 hours. Reception told me they were in a meeting and would follow up but never called back.
I feel so lucky to have The Association for Women's Health Care in my network of providers! This OBG/YN provider is truly the best around!! I was a patient of the Association for 7 years until I moved in 2013, and I just recently returned, and was so happy to experience the absolute best care and attention possible as I did when I left in '13.
