The specialists are excellent. However, the appointment scheduling staff are rude and show very little empathy, to the point that I would rather see a different doctor. Instead of making the scheduling process easier, they make patients feel unwelcome and as though they're being treated like an inconvenience. It's disappointing because the quality of the medical care is overshadowed by the poor customer service.
After Dr. Andes left AWHC (she was a phenomenal doctor!), I started seeing Dr. Dunning, and I couldn’t be happier. She’s warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable, truly an excellent doctor! I would comfortably recommend Dr. Dunning to everyone. My appointment was so smooth, and she answered all my questions with grace and patience. She is wonderful and clearly cares about her patients. Thank you, Dr. Dunning, for being so excellent!
I’ve been going to this clinic for a couple of years. Over that time, the staff has been wonderful, although the doctors seem to rotate fairly often. I was especially grateful to have Nurse Practitioner Tiffany after my miscarriage. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a very difficult time. The best OB Office EVER
I truly enjoyed everyone that I encountered at Ass of Woman's Health. From the registration desk all the way to meeting Dr. Small was a seamlessly pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed how informative Dr. Small was, and I felt that she thoroughly listened to my questions/concerns and really took the time to answer everything. By the end of my visit, I left feeling very happy and confident that I found my OBGYN home.
