The best OB Office EVER
I truly enjoyed everyone that I encountered at Ass of Woman's Health. From the registration desk all the way to meeting Dr. Small was a seamlessly pleasant experience. I truly enjoyed how informative Dr. Small was, and I felt that she thoroughly listened to my questions/concerns and really took the time to answer everything. By the end of my visit, I left feeling very happy and confident that I found my OBGYN home.
Please do not visit this clinic. My friends and I have had multiple issues with the front desk staff being incredibly rude, and we ultimately all decided to switch providers. I had an issue with a misplaced IUD and was unable to get a follow-up appointment in a timely manner, so I had to go to another clinic to resolve the issue. I also experienced a billing problem because the front desk staff did not bill my insurance, resulting in a $500 charge for a routine visit. Doctors are kind but the front desk staff however? EXTREMELY rude and dismissive.
I went here for a specific issue and the doctor didn't address any of my concerns, she just brushed them off and made me do a pap that I had already gone through 2 months prior. There was no need for that if my previous results were clear. She also showed up 30 minutes late both times. Big waste of money even with what my insurance did cover. Now I have to find another gynecologist
