You can’t never get help with nothing. .. I had a case manager and I had to cancel an appointment due to a cracked rib… So she starts sending me things on my ph. She’s very rude. . She thought I could drive to meet.with broken ribs… Kim is her name. Very rude person.
Very rude leadership, micromanaging, sneaky, controlling, bad EMR putting clinicians at risk fir making errors, working under pressure, not worth working there.
Vanessa is the most professional receptionist I have ever worked with. I never have problems scheduling appointments for my niece, due to her prompt awareness of appointment availability and her knowledge of staff scheduling. Not only is she professional she is also very kind and understanding of the struggles my niece is facing. Her demeanor is comforting and makes me feel like my niece will be safe. It’s because of people like Vanessa that hope is provided for the chronic nature of mental health!
