What a mess, the check in process was horrible
Terrible place - doctor took 2 minutes for physical and then scheduled for bloood work and rescheduled 2nd appointment a thousand times. Receptionist is rude and unknowledgeable and place needs to be shut down.
The WORST service we have ever received at a medical clinic. ( local Cypress; 21 NW 62st) We were in the waiting room for 1 1/2 hours. They forgot we were waiting for the doctor, so I had to leave the room to request care. The nurse was surprised that we hadn't been seen. Then, each of them told a lie. The first was that the doctor wasn't in the building. The second was that he was having an emergency with another patient (when everyone knows emergencies are handled in hospitals).
